In 2011 Genard Group LLC announced the hiring of a Safety Director along with the formation of an employee-based safety committee, and is now a member of Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. (ABC). GGL has also created their own personal safety manual for all employees and subcontractors to abide by, and disciplinary consequences for all infractions. Safety and quality are GGL’s number one goals.

Our employee safety committee meets on a regular basis to review and update our safety program, to ensure that our crews receive ongoing safety training and that they are utilizing the proper safety gear as outlined by OSHA safety standards. We also require that our employees receive OSHA training, CPR, First Aid and other safety applications. GGL also believes that a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace is a safe and productive workplace.
